tuners/nepvr going to sleep

When NextPVR opens a PCI or USB tuner a socket is opened and when it finishes it doesn't close the device which sub has acknowledged is a bug. I was suggesting that you restart and not use the device for a longish period of time that would normally cause a "sleep" to see if it is available This would help determine if the actual issue is the network socket interface and not the tuner.

I started nextpvr-server at !600. Kodi app is disabled. I will try it in the morning

0900 enabled Kodi app. status of nextpvr-server is running-active. Nether tuner will tune any channels; one is OTA the other is cable.

Restart nextpvr-server both tuner woking. Press stop on remote. Try again after 5 minutes both work.

I will update in a few hours.

1415 both tuners still work.
1830 both still working.
0900 both tuners dead.
