I uninstalled .17i and reinstalled .15c, which has worked great for me in the past. Live TV doesn't work. It gives an error about not being able to communicate with the service. I checked and the service is started. There was a past post that suggested running regsvr32 on a few of the files in \program files\devnz\gbpvr, but that didn't help either. I've also rebooted several times. Any ideas?
