Well at first I was using that way, but that was before I starting playing around with the GB-PVR config settings. Both of Hauppauge services are stopped.

How can I tell if the 'GBPVR MediaPVR Server' servics are really running or not? What do I look for in the services under admin. tools? What exactly happens when "Start > Programs > GB-PVR > GB-PVR MediaMVP Server?"

Maybe it's not really running.

They run as part of the GBPVR Recording Service. If you set the auto-start servers to "1" and restart the recording service, you'll see a process called gbpvr.exe in you task list - this is the the 1 MVP server you have just configured. Likewise, if you set it to 2, you'll see two gbpvr.exe's in your task list.

Ok cool I'll check into that. Oh and before I forget, I was just sitting at work and thinking, does it matter if you un-plug the MVP when you install GB-PVR? Or when you shutdown the Hauppauge services?

Ok I feel like such a dumbass. Anyway it was that damn Norton (Internet Worm Protection) program control that was blocking GBPVR internert access. I changed it to permit all and it started working.

I want to thank everyone who helped me. Thanks people!
