[b Wrote:Quote[/b] ]I KNOW it's freeware SPARE ME THE FREEWARE PREECHING! (there is always a guy like this in such threads I guess) I never demanded anything for God's Shake!
I just made my list of wishes and bugs like everybody else! Where do you see something different???

You may not have demanded anything in so many words, but comments like "I hope we get something from this", "I'd like to hear (or see) something more" and "I hope sub takes the time to answer most of the above" certainly sounds like nagging to me.

Also, quit the drama queen whining. Sub's last comment may not have been his most polite, but most people get annoyed when someone keeps asking about the same thing over and over.

NLS --

You're definitely entitled to post for help or to make feature requests, but I think it's important to keep the developer's perspective in mind. I'm new here and don't know much about sub, but from the frequency of his posts it's obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants to support it as best he can. He obviously tries to respond to most requests for help. Knowing this, I think it's our responsibility to know when to show restraint. For example, instead of posting 14 bug/feature requests, maybe post 4. Sure, maybe they're helpful, but most developers I know are already very aware of what 'could' be added. Also, when the developer that generally seems to have a friendly disposition seems irritated, give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe back off for a bit instead of calling him on it. Free software is a privilege, not a right. I think it's important to remember that the plug could be pulled at any time.

OK guys we should all relax and go on with our lives now. Christmas coming, even Sub noticed. ;-)

Merry Christmas.
