The recurring recording seems to get suspended or deleted but the wife freaks out any time an error occurs. Do I have to run the deleterecordings.exe file (in step #2)...or just place it in the gbpvr folder? Anything else I can try?I don’t know if this has anything to do with the problem you’re having because I used my existing rectracker database when I installed X-Record the last time.
But when I originally installed RecTracker (as a stand-alone), the database file date never changed and it gave a hidden error. I had to spark “rectracker.mdb” to life by manually adding a name to its ignore list before it would do anything at all.
Check the file date of “rectracker.mdb” in your gbpvr folder, if its not up-to-date create a batch file with these commands and click on it.
Code:
C:
CD "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\"
RecTracker -addignore test
pause
