Thank you for taking the time to do this, i have attached the requested log. i also updated the Epg from th Utlity before i ziped the log, just incase it helps

You may want to post the “Config.exe.log” that was created when you updated the epg, from the config utility. Or post all your logs after a failed update.

If the log shows invalid epg requests.
You need to report the problem in this new thread on the zap2it forum. They’re asking people to post in the topic, if they have the problem you appear to be reporting.
