Sorry if this is irritating, but I dont know how to zip the file, or where to find the config.exe.log.

open my computer
goto program files. If it complains that it's hiding the files for your benifit, hit the show files button.

Open up the devnz folder
Open up the GBPVR folder
Find the file named "config.exe.log"
right click on it, on the sent to menu, there is an option compressed (zipped) folder, select that.

That will compress the file. It should be named config.exe.zip

Follow sub's directions to upload it to the forum

Thanks mpking. I appreciate the walk thorough... sometimes dumb questions are the only ones I can ask.

Here is my config.exe.log ( I hope )
thanks again!

I live in Windsor, Canada and have been running GBPVR for months without a problem. I upgraded to the new version and my EPG is messed. I tried the patch for the backend and it didn't help. I tried a new account with zap2it. I uninstalled GBPVR and cleaned up the folders and registry and reinstalled the old version even. I don't have any channels and have no clue what to do now. Attached is the config file.

Is the problem with digital or analog channels?

I'm not sure. I've not seen any other reports of that specific error. I'm guessing either zap2it cancelled the request from the server end (maybe server problems, try again later), or possibly a problem with a firewall you've got on your machine.
