Problems Setting up my PVR250 on GBPVR 0.99.5 version

I raised the bitrate to 5000 and the lines down the screen seem to have gone, the screen isnt so sharp now though, but it looks better.
Is there any way i can sharpen it upa bit.

Nice to hear you got improvement.
Maybe there are more ways to enhance the quality, but I know that with the hauppauge tweaker tool you can raise the sharpness.

There are also a lot of threads on this forum that try solve all kinds of video quality isues.
