Try to do four recordings at the same time then zip and attach your GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Done.
Please find them at http://www.mortensenonline.com. Thanks for looking into these issues. That's it for me tonight... late here.

Did four files get created? Were any of them zero bytes long?

On further reflection...
Quote:Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (1), Device #1I think this is incorrect. Try setting up your four capture sources as: Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (1), Device #1 Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (2), Device #1 Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (3), Device #1 Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (4), Device #1 Then do four recordings and zip and attach the logs again.

Sorry to be nosey but I pulled your scan logs from your website. You're locking and successfully scanning channels from 3 different transmitters. Crystal Palace Sudbury Bluebell Hill Looking at the transmitter maps, for the life of me I can't workout how you can be in 'line of sight' of all three. Do you have multiple aerials combined on a single feed? If not then you must live in a very strange place (geographically speaking). ![]() First thing - revert to your original settings as sub says sub Wrote:Try setting up your four capture sources as:Then, in Config, set each capture source to use Crystal Palace. Rescan then see what happens. Of the three that you're locking to, Crystal Palace is the only one that is giving full results. Sudbury only manages 5/6 of the muxes and Bluebell Hill only 3/6 and one of those wasn't complete. Cheers, Brian

Gents,
thanks for your comments. I had already done as you suggest. I have 2 high gain arials pointing in different directions, going into the same feed. This is due to the area I live in... anyway, I have tried: Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (1), Device #1 Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (2), Device #1 Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (3), Device #1 Hauppauge Nova-T-500 DVB-T (4), Device #1 But, as I explained at the beginning of this thread, 3 & 4 will not find anything at this setting. I am beginning to think it may be a hardware fault. I'll test the cards individually tonight and post the results.

All,
thanks for your splendid help. The ScanChannelsDBA_UK made me realise what was wrong. Although I was using 2 new high grade cables, one was halfway broken... sometimes sort of working, sometimes not working at all. Have changed the cable... All is sweet. Thanks again.

Great that you've got your tuners working, now the real fun can start...
