Help with hvr-2200 analogue

The audio was definitely working for me last time I used this device, and I know there is alot of others using the analog side of this card. I'll try responding in your thread with some thoughts.

I tried the patch & config for HVR2200 it came up with a message that the drivers weren't loaded for this device when I tried to add & configure it. Is there another driver beyond the standard base "driver only" install that I need to load here? I will post logs when I get a chance.

Post the logs, and also run the filtercheck.exe utility from the GB-PVR directory and attach the filtercheck.log, and I'll take a look for you.

Those logs dont contain an attempt to use the analog side of the HVR2200. Can you try again to use it and repost the logs? Maybe try live tv.

Where did you get this message, and what did it say? Was it in the config app when you hit ok after selecting the device type? If so, it was most likely saying the device number wasnt set correctly. The analog sides of the 2200 would be device #1 and #2, regardless of the PVR150 also in your machine.

ajst2duk, try setting the deinterlacing setting back to the defaul 'encoder pass through' setting and it should work.

sadly it didn't work. I've humped the PVR150 out to try and keep video ocard cooler as it was right up against it. Not having prime is not a major, my other PC now has the PVR in it so I can at least record. Thanks - AJ

What exactly happens now when you try to use it?

(also try setting the audio renderer back to 'system default')
