I did a bit of work around the area where you were having problems.

Remove everything you have at the moment, and install this one..

I did install MV3 (on top of MV2) and have similar problems.

When I select the library *.db3 the selection is not retained and I see a default db3 name "label37". When I select "collection" and add the crash window appears

OK, your best bet is to remove ML2 (and ml3) completely from MusicLIbrary2, MusiclIbrary3 and Common directory.

Then when starting config.app the first time, the db name should be Empty (this was a change I made in the weekend) and you should NOT be able to move to a new tab unless there is something in that text box.

Switching to Collections should show C:\ as the only path. I purposely tried this functionality and starting a scan..
