Can you run filtercheck.exe and attach filtercheck.log?

Its in the zip file I attached in my previous post. Sorry I should have been more clear.

For you machine's drivers it looks like it should be:

[Hauppauge HVR-850 type2]
TUNING_TYPE=ATSC
FILTER_TUNER=WinTV HVR-950 BDA Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=WinTV HVR-950 BDA Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
