They may not have been, but these were with updated logs attached...

Paranormal State_20081206_15161600.mpg
Paranormal State_20081206_16001630.mpg
Paranormal State_20081206_16301700.mpg
Paranormal State_20081206_17001730.mpg

On a side note, I had to reinstall Windows XP Pro again due to an error on my part so the above recordings are brand new to this current Windows XP Pro installation.

These logs dont show the same error, and that previous example we locked at. Now I can see its trying to the conversion:
Quote:2008-12-06 16:00:45.895 VERBOSE [10] About to start transcode of: E:\Paranormal State\Paranormal State_20081206_15161600.mpg

2008-12-06 16:00:45.895 VERBOSE [10] getValue: /settings/AutoConvertMpgToFormat : XviD
2008-12-06 16:00:45.895 VERBOSE [10] About to run transcode command: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\Third Party\FFmpeg\ffmpeg.exe -y -i "E:\Paranormal State\Paranormal State_20081206_15161600.mpg" -f avi -ab 224 -ac 2 -acodec libmp3lame -deinterlace -vcodec xvid -qscale 5 -vtag XVID "E:\Paranormal State\Paranormal State_20081206_151616002.avi"
I suspect ffmpeg doesnt like something about the file. Try running that command line manually, and let me know what ffmpeg says.

Try editing this line in config.xml:

<Conversion name="XviD" cmd="-y -i {SOURCE_FILE} -f avi -ab 224 -ac 2 -acodec libmp3lame -deinterlace -vcodec xvid -qscale 5 -vtag XVID {DEST_FILE}" targetExtension="2.avi" />

To remove the "-acodec libmp3lame" text, then try again.

Yes. It appears to be fine. So what happened? What was with the removal of "-acodec libmp3lame"? Should I try to get the LAME MP3 codec? What audio codec is being used now?

Place '-acodec mp3' in the place of where it originally had '-acodec libmp3lame' and it should work correctly and give you mp3 audio.

What audio is it giving me now without the "-acodec libmp3lame" included? MP2 I take it?
