Sub & Whurlston,

I have 4 capture devices setup. QAM1, QAM2, Analog1, Analog2. I have the TV guide displaying all channels (tnx Schedules Direct).

I have the channels displaying ONLY the HD channels. So, I figure that only my QAM1 and QAM2 capture devices are the only two that are working.

I have it setup where QAM1 and Analog1 share the same capture device and the same with QAM2 and Analog2.

Any help would be great. Thanks again.

There is lots of info we dont know, so its hard to guess.

Probably the easiest way to get a diagnosis of the problem is for you to zip and email me your gbpvr.db3. I'll PM you my email address.

Sub,

Thanks for the response. I am at work now, but I will definitely send that when I get home. I just have one quick question... do I setup the 4 separate devices? Because right now I have 4 separate capture sources but they are sharing devices (1 and 2). Thanks.

You need four capture sources. Two analog and two digital, one of each as device #1, the other two as device #2.

I'll stick my nose in where it doesn't belong and it probably won't help you but Hauppauge just put up another round of pre-release drivers (for those 2250 owners following this thread)

New development... all the channels work when I go to them from the TV Guide in the Main Menu, but when I go up or down only the HD channels come in.

Also, none of the HD channels have sound.

Do you have the the patches from the survival guide installed? specifically, the one related to multi-record?

What AC3 audio decoder do you have selected? You might need to install AC3Filter.

No I don't. But I will get them. I assume they are on the wiki.

System Default is my AC3 decoder.
