Yes, that sent me two devices.

I've had a brief play with them, but unfortunately I'm going to need to change the version of the Windows SDK I use to get DVB-S2 working on them, so this will need to wait until I've got a few days clear in my day job. I cant risk breaking all my other development projects right now by changing version of the Windows SDK.

Just for the record, I didnt have to do anything at all to get DVB-S2 working with these devices. They found my DVB-S2 channels first try. These TBS devices are of the newer style that auto detect the DVB-S2 Pilot and Rolloff values, so as long as you're scanning the DVB-S2 frequencies, then you should already be getting the channels with these devices.

I will be trying to add Diseqc support for these devices though.

Is there a dual tuner PCI version? I've seen the single tuner PCI DVB-S2 and was very tempted to get one. If they work in npvr that is!

I could have sworn I saw a dual PCI versions when this first popped up, but for sure I can't now. Two is a must for me and I have no PCIe slots.

Ah - interesting, USB would be a handy slot-saving idea for me. Ta.

Let us know if you get the DVB-S2 QBox CI working.
I'm looking for a S2 setup with CI

Will however probably wait for the TBS 6990 PCI-E DVB-S2 Dual Tuner Dual CI TV card
if this works with nPVR
