here's what i have in the registry: LogTSFlow=1 REG_DWORD 0x00000000 (0) is this correct?

No, you should have LogTSFlow REG_DWORD 0x00000001 (1)

ie, the setting is called "LogTSFlow" and it has a value of 1. It sounds like you've created a setting called "LogTSFlow=1" and it has a value of 0.
