Ok, added the line you suggested to direct.ini file. Still no audio. I hope you can get your PVR USB2 going soon.

Adding that line got it working fine with my PVR USB2. Can you run the attached utility and supply the resulting FilterCheck.log?

I think the zip is corrupted. When I download I can't open the zip file. Get the error "the compressed folder is invalid or corrupted"

Primetime, your PVR USB2 seems to use a couple of different names to mine. Try editing direct.ini to set following:
