After thinking a bit more, I added some more logging...

Try this...

zehd Wrote:Are you ever asked if you are using PAL or NTSC defaults?

No, I never had that prompt.

zehd Wrote:I haven't been clear, but I would like you to delete the ZProcess reg key at the beginning of a troubleshooting session... You should be able to do that with the included reg file...

I ran the .reg file for each test.

zehd Wrote:Maybe you should check the config.xml manually and remove all references to Zprocess. It's possible that when ZProcess starts it's checking if it's in the config or not and getting stumped there...

There is no reference to ZProcess in config.xml

zehd Wrote:Zip and attach your config.xml pls...

ok, attached bellow

zehd Wrote:Refer to the master config.xml to see how it should be in stock mode

No more luck using master file.

Thanks for your patience...

It's obvious a couple of forms aren't loading, there would be log entries. I'm starting to narrow down the spot. Hang in there...

I checked your config.xml. ZProcess doesn't seem to be upset by it...

Here's another try. I just updated the zprocess2.exe, (ztranscode will need to be updated before final use)

I have more logging, but turned off some that we've identified as working.

There was a bug with the zprocess reference in config.xml checker as it first tested for existence of gbpvr.exe, which no longer exists. I think we might be getting closer...

I have to admit that I was starting to lean toward blaming your system. But while troubleshooting I found at least one dependancy on the existence of 'gbpvr.exe' which will not exist anymore.

While troubleshooting, I'm trying to make sure that I'm not actually breaking ZProcess for the vast majority of happy users...

And yes, I have back ups...
