Give this. Newa build a try...includes updates to. The modern interface and should correct external access. Make sure to clear your browser cache to ensure you get the updated script files.

I just tried that update, still no luck for me.

edit 2: Confirmed this morning, unfortunately that did not fix it. Still getting no info via WAN.

And you have your pin set.on the server and have same one set in settings in the client?

Also you have the check boxes set on the npvr server settings to allow external access and streaming?

Using legacy NEWA can you get to it from external.. i.e. http://your-external-address:your-port/guide2.aspx

You may need to turn off modern ui in the npvr settings.

Ah, I thought I had set the PIN earlier but when I loaded settings the field was blank. I entered the PIN and everything loaded up just fine. Good catch!

Still not working for me. I answered your questions below. It's really behaving as if the act of running the interface on the server is waking it up for use externally. Very strange since I see the modern framework externally, just none of the content until I start it up on the LAN. Then the content fills in on the WAN.

Ok, even after setting the PIN this morning this is has intermittently stopped working for me. I just did this and for whatever reason it worked: go to settings, clear the PIN, refresh the page, go to settings, re-enter the PIN, refresh the page. Does the session timeout and forget to recheck the PIN?

New files seemed to have helped, but will keep an eye out to see if it stops working. Will do more testing tomorrow.
