BekKen, thanks for the quick fixes.

The main difference for me is sub's queuing means that if I select a folder and it play, GBPVR creates a playlist of the tree of files from that point down. From the bottom level if I have

BekKen\Swedish Folk Songs\01 ... .flac

I could just push play on BekKen.

OK is useful when I just want to hear one song and I don't want to hunt for the remote and hit stop afterwards.

Not sure why but suddenly I'm getting this error when playing any music. Music plays fine even before OKing the error but it won't go away. Any ideas?

You must register the Core.dll in plugins\music with the command regsvr32 from a prompt... See earlier posts

Thats probably an error from the old VB6 command program ACD. You can find it in the sub folder ACD. You can disable command line executon in the music.xml file. You can also try removing the OCX files and core.dll in the ACD folder to make it download albumart.
I will disable command line execution in next zip.

I tried the search feature, but it is fairly useless.
Reason being that I use a MS remote and the Music plugin do not react to the remote numbers as a SMS keypad. So thats a feature I would like to have added.

Btw, You forgot to update the version number on the wiki (it states 0.43 at the moment).

Hi,
I second Martins idea above. What I like most with Subs music player is the possibility to just push play when a directory is highligted. It will then start to play what is below. Independent if it contains subfolders or not. I have my music organized as Artist-Albums. I can than play all albums for an artist by just pressing play on the artist folder.
Otherwise the plugin looks great. Keep up the good work.

Made the Music Plugin Page "visible" on the Wiki.
I think it is more or less ready for release now. Comments?

2008–10–20 : Updated zip on wiki to v0.49
- Thumbnail size is now selectable in MusicScanner
- Also copies AlbumArt to MusicArt/Artist folder if it doesn't exists
- Use NumPad on Remote Control in FreeText Search
- Press Play on Directory will queue songs in directory and play them
