I really like the new version! Much cleaner! I wish I had noticed you posted it before I fought with skinning Netflix though. I can't read my screen now with the changes you made to the fonts.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I switched the "default" and default reverse" fonts...oops! Black text on a black background can be a little tricky to read all right

If you want I'd be happy to give skinning the Netflix plugin a shot, is it publicly available?. I wanna try and keep up with what gets released.

Yeah and I was using "MetaText" which got REALLY small. I did make the changes I needed but if you can improve it, I'm all for it. I do need to display an "HD" icon for HD available titles (when they fix the API). It's located in the "Media\Misc\" folder (or you can create one specific for the skin and place it in the skin folder). I'd also like to display metadata on the Covers View screen in the space above the covers but I may change my mind on that.

Just a minor point. In the recordings screen, images are not displayed when the corresponding jpg file for a TV Show exists in the .../NPVR/Media/Shows directory.

That's a concious decision just for the moment.

I'm still working on how exactly to lay out the recordings plugin information area. Currently the show artwork is displayed both as you move through all your recordings and when you select a specific show. Since that area is also used for show descriptions, there isn't a lot of room to spare there. My personal preference is to have the show art work display as you cycle throw your different shows and then the description when you select one.

Agree totally.......I hope sub will give us a visible="isFolder" that we can use for the "@previewImage" in the metadata area of Recordings or something similar.....fingers crossed.

Is it right across the skin or in specific areas? How does the text in the popups look?

Things do seem a bit small now, pretty much all across the skin. I thought I'd get used to it, but then my 6-year old said "Daddy, why are the letters so small today?"

I use the skin on a 61" projection TV, 4:3 at 1024x768.
