Glad you got it going, getting the latest version of the main skin first is always a good idea

Ok, looking good, but have two queries:

1. Something odd with the TV Listings times at the top of the page? Standard TV Guide is fine.

Yes you are right, thank you for point that out (my widescreen beta tester missed that bug & it is in the original as well that is included in the main skin on the wiki). If you re-download the update from a couple of messages above this one I have updated it to (hopefully) fix the problem.

2. When I use the key to select it, TV Recordings correctly selects recordings, but when I use the mouse it goes into pictures? k.

Are you talking about selecting it from the MainMenu? If so there is a bug in the vertical menu if the item is near the top of the list, it also happened with the vertical menu that sub did for testing but I haven't pushed to get it fixed.....yet.

Tried it but nothing happened as far as I can see. Still no genrecolours in TVListings.

To be honest I don't know where to go from here, hopefully a few more users will try out TVListings genres with BRVE+ & let us know if it works for them.

After installing the new version (that we don't speak of) all suddenly works! Don't ask me what was wrong... :o

Edit: Think I found the explanatuon, XmltvExtras was not run because PostUpdateEpg.bat does not run after an epg-update on my system. So it's definitly a bug as reported by some in the support forum.

The way the default skin does this it different than I do it which is why the default skin displays it all in yellow

Yes I can see that in your screen shot but have no idea why it is doing it, I firstly display the @titleSubtitle in a whiteish font & then display @title in a yellow font over the top of it but as you can see from the code below the fonts are the same size & in the same place so shouldn't poke out from underneath.

They're not the same font though, so you can't expect them to use up exactly the same screen space, even though they do start at the same position.

Huh you lost me? The only difference is the colour as they are both "arial 15 bold" or am I missing something?? I don't see the problem jksmurf gets & none of my beta testers have mentioned it so I'm at a bit of a loss on this one.
