OK, I understand. I will schedule some recordings over the next few hours and then see what happens and re-post a new set of logs.

Yeah, as Martin said, there is something weird about your streams that ffmpeg doesn't like. This is only used while trying to watch in the web app though. That latest channel attempted in your logs would have recorded fine (can see it connected and received data just fine), and you'd be able to watch it fine with NextPVR.exe either live tv or playing the recording. The streams would also be fine in other players that can play native streams (like Kodi or the iOS apps etc).
It looks like the issue mainly relates to the encoding parameters on their H.264 stream, where the SPS is not being sent frequently enough (or there is too much audio buffering prior to the matching video frame). Realistically, given it's only happening with your IPTV provider's streams, and only affecting playback in the web app, it's probably not something that is going to get a whole lot of time devoted to solving.

Thanks, Sub. I totally understand, and don't mind that at all. I don't usually watch live streams through NextPVR anyway, I just use NextPVR sometimes to verify that channels are actually streaming OK. Now that I know I can do that through the Windows app (NextPVR.exe), that's what I will do.
But, my main concern is that some recordings still fail. Today I set up seven non-overlapping scheduled recordings on different channels as a test. To my chagrin, six of them recorded successfully, which isn't typical, so I can't use them to illustrate the problem. But one did end abruptly after only 14:37 was captured (it was scheduled from 0840-0910 (local time here in California) on the UK BBC ONE channel. And, this has been happening quite a lot with other recordings. The latest logs are attached, and the video that was captured from the recording that failed after 14 mins can be downloaded here: https://we.tl/t-tWnVWCLvWu I will let you know as I see other recordings fail going forward.

Once again it is a source error which NextPVR can't help with.

OK, that's weird. Thank you for telling me. I'll take that up with the provider.
