I'm pretty sure you've got some firewall or antivirus software that is blocking the request from getting to the NextPVR server.

Try again to make the issue happen in your browser, note the exact time, and post another set of logs and let me know the time the attempt happened, so I can see if there is anything in the NextPVR logs for that time.
