I am guessing that on videos the yellow box does not make much sense. Since a lot of the programs might not have data. I will still support it (since I use merge videos) but probably forgot to support the case where shows lack info. I will play with it. Again if you can post the stacktrace in the log. (My development machine does not have a tuner so I have to fake everything on it). And my video machine does not log anything even though I have verbose enabled. Have not figured that out yet.

8) I wondered how it did that!
I did it since I have started to convert all of my kid dvds to mpeg so my kid can easily see them.

yes only once.

I will check out the code tomorrow to make sure I am not doing something stupid in the code. I only tested it once.

Are you doing development? I have been doing development for about 6 years. Some interesting work some not. My current job is the later. So I spend a good amount of time enhacing gbpvr.

Richard,

I will talk to jrock and see if he can fix it or get the source from him and work on it.

In part, I've been meaning to come back and report the error is gone. The only glitch now is a minor w/ the new esc/back nav. I noticed that if you go into recoccuing, and edit a program, you cannot get back out (esc nor left works). I think there's something else that behaves like this, too.

Not sure if its worth fixing. I just use button I've set to jump to xrecord to get me back to the 1st screen. I just wanted to point it out for any next revision.

exports the shows info title, description, subtitle, recording times and channel to a file xrecord shows any mpeg and loads the exported file if present.

Hey Jorm,

I think there might be some kind of problem with Fast Find and scheduling in Xrecord.

When in the pending section of Xrecord, I delete the movie and it will disappear. If I go into fast find next and try to add a different movie but in that same timeslot, fast find shows the previously deleted movie as still being there. If I try to cancel the movie right on the same screen to add the new one in, that won't work either. I checked doing this same scheduling but by using the normal tv guide function in GB-PVR to schedule a movie and that works correctly.

Also, since I installed the .30b update, the watched and transcoding options show on the XRecord screen even though I don't have them checked in GB-PVR config. My config.xml also shows these as "false". There is the "movies" shown on the screen also but I don't see this in GB-PVR config or even in the config.xml. I haven't seen anyone else post on this, so maybe its my setup somehow.

What do you think?

as for the second problem open the skin and search for layout set that to true. I have a new release for next week that will expose the movies and layout flag.

I will lookup the movie path and where to put it
I think in the config.xml it is called moviepath1 like xvideopath.

I will investigate the scheduling as well.

Hades,
Look in the skin.xml file you will see a line like this
<Interface telephone="false" esc="default" layout="false"/>
Change it to
<Interface telephone="false" esc="default" layout="true"/>
This is a feature that was added for faster loading if you wanted all the menu options.
When Jorm releases the next version this will all be in config.xml and settable in the config program.
