DanIrl, what type of recording is 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross'? Season recording or one off recording?

Has this season recording existed for a while, or is this the very first episode which was used to create the scheduled recording?

Just for interest, I alwyas seem to resolve mine by manually clearing the database from the 'empty EPG' buttons in the GBPVR Configuration utility. I know this should also run when auto-updating, but the same effect doesnt appear to happen

Yeah, something must be stopping these shows from being removed from the database. I've checked you logs and it indicates it did try to remove the old shows, and no indication anything went wrong.

I've not been able to reproduce the same problem so far here, but I'm still thinking looking at it now.
