BlueRetroVE+ skin for NPVR

jksmurf could you give this guide a try & let me know how it pans out, it is the 7 row widescreen guide only but if it works ok I will change the others to be the same.

Can you give this one a try, I have gone as far as I'm willing to go with it & if it's OK it will need to be tested on a number of systems before being included in the main skin files for distribution, I have also changed the subtitle colour to LightBlue for testing so we can be sure it is using the right guide.xml file

I thought you ran 4x3 for your machines? Did you see the blue subtitle text??

On my main htpc yes, but I also have a 16:9 testrig. Yes I can see the light-blue subtitle.
