Ah, I didnt notice that. Its only supposed to be on the DVD panel. I originally considered placing on Misc, but then decided to create a dedicated DVD one. I must have forgotten to remove it from Misc. The attached patch removes the non-functional one on Misc.

Yep, misc menu is now clear and you have even implemented the option to choose the letter for the optical drive. Great!

But playback of iso does not work as before.

Does it make any difference if you manually unmount your Daemon tools drive before you try? ie, if you had nothing mounted in daemon tools, then tried to watch a .iso, do you then see the iso mounted in daemon tools? (even if playback didnt start)

My daemon tools drive is all the time empty. They're the same settings as under gb-pvr (where dt worked). Every attempt to mount an iso from npvr does nothing to daemon tools. No mounted iso.

No reporting bugs for it though . It wont work for you at this stage, because the upgrade procedure hasnt added the required setting in config.xml.

My guess is that it's looking for any folder.jpg inside that folder to see if there is cover art to display.

Ah... a question to this: could you add the ability for looking a folder.png? Most of my folderpictures are .png (because of the transparencylevels) and .jpg does just look... like shit. ^^

Can you right click on the main menu, select 'open file', browse/select/open your ISO file, then post your npvr.log again?

Huh! This way the mounting works! I get a message within nPVR "mounting image" (1st time i saw this in nPVR) and daemon tools has mounted the image (no ffdshow loading/playback).

Is it possible to disable 3d support within the config.xml? I want to see, if the heavy and strong stuttering of videos whily playback a video has something to do with the gpu accelerated menus.

It doesnt use 3d support while playback is in progress. Its only used for the menus. During plaback of video it just uses bitmaps (since this is what the renderers require for OSD).
