Do i have to do some Special configuration?
When you scanned the device, did you tick the 'Enable CI/CAM support' check box?

Do you see it after Ctrl-F5 in the browser.

If you hold ctrl on the device screen are there more options as suggested in the note?

I'd suggest you try renaming you database to get a fresh one to test. Then when you go to the device scanning screen, be sure to press Ctrl-F5 and see if it gives you the 'Enable CI/CAM support' check box that sub referred to.

I renamend my database - unfortunately no luck.

I took a look onto the webroot-directory & found the text "CI/CAM" in "digital.html". As far as I looked onto it, this seams not to be used for DVB/S or DVB/S2.

Maybe I'm wrong, but could the experimental CI support just work on DVB/C or DVB/T ?

Ah good point. The two machines I've tested it with had DVB-C and DVB-T. They did not have DVB-S. I forgot to add it to this page.

If you're familiar with SQL, you can set DIGITAL_RECORDER.common_iterface_method=1 for your device. (that is all the checkbox is doing)
