Sorry to hear that too, but can understand the frustration. Thanks for all your good work, and apologies for the lack of recent feedback on the beta; we seem to have settled on the default skin for various reasons.

Well I have relented a bit (primarily because I already had this update 98% done)....

I have just uploaded version 3.5 to the wiki & updated the first message in this thread, it has heaps of changes mostly for widescreen viewing & includes support for MusicBox4 & updates for TVListings 3.5.

While I haven't changed my mind about ceasing development on this version of BRVE+ I have actually started development of a completely new replacement BRVE+ (generation four) skin so if there are any suggestions as to how you would like things to be different now is a good time to comment.

From the lack of feedback for this skin I don't think it's going to affect that many users, but I will say sorry to any it may affect.

Blimey Jaggy,

for all of my thread reading I missed this one completely. I am glad I missed that post as I would have been a bit dis-enheartened but am so glad that you have relented, a bit...

I'm not very good on explaining stuff that I mean about graphics but if I could explain it I think gen 4 of BRVE seems like a great starting point. If you would like another beta tester I would be up for that if you could put up with me not explaining myself very well Wink

cheers

Surely, there is always room for more suggestions & comments & you can't be any worse (fingers crossed) at explaining what you mean about graphics than some of the other beta testers Wink

If you PM me your email address I will send you across the alpha copy that I sent to the other testers recently to see what you think.

you know me! I hope not, but I can be an arse, normally when I don't explain myself well and get frustrated at myself for being stupid Big Grin

OK so things have changed on this front partly due to day job getting in the road of progress, so I will be attempting to do an updated version of the old BRVE+ skin (the new skin is now going to have a different name) in the next few days for 2.2.6 so if there are any other bugs or things that don't display right now would be a good time to report them.

I did try bumping that request in the 2.2.x beta testing but alas it never made it to the release version.... we will just have to try for 2.3.x Wink

I never got the "click-on-timeline" to work, and is the Volume plugin implemented?

Neither did I (but using the default skin it didn't work for me either), BUT other testers reported BRVE+ timeline skip was working for them so I didn't go any further testing it, does it work for you using default??

Yes ages ago.
