xrecord - no longer working!!!

I was doing fine, and was enjoying this program greatly.

until this evening.

I loaded xrecord to keep track of what I had already seen, and the first few recordings from it worked just fine.

but then it would record the shows, then not list them in the ready list.
if I choose videos, it finds them, but there is no description of show or anything.

also, now the filenames have the name of the show in them.

is there a way to make this work again??

I just noticed the other day that I'm having the same issue. Haven't had any time to look into yet (work has a way of intruding on the important things )

I see the title got edited and the post was moved.
I only mentioned xrecord because it was the only thing I had added.
it worked fine after installing it, and later started messing up.

I dont know it that was what was messing it up or not.

Try opening your gbpvr.mdb in Access and use the Compact and Repair utility. I tried this two days ago and all recordings since seem to be working now (they show up in Recordings). Let me know if it works for you please.
