Hello All...

I am fairly new to this, only got my Nova-T the other day and have finally unleashed the potential of my MVP, this software is excellent!!!

I upgraded to v.96.12 and applied the patch but now my TV guide and search listings have emptied. I have reinstalled GBPVR, re-entered my capture device, tried bleb (its down at the moment), tried XMLTV GUI to create a xml file of the guide which I have pointed the EPG to. I have updated EPG, refreshed channel lists and even tried a different Guide from the plugin Xrecord. The time on my system is also set correctly.

I am at absolute loss as to why my TV guide does not show. The channels I have selected from the capture device and EPG mapping are there but no programme details. I can't even search.

Before I reinstalled, my recordings that were set up showed in the guide and recorded, but the rest of it was empty. Since I cleared everything out nothing shows.

Any suggestions??

Like you, I'm new to this too, and I'm in random button pushing mode (if i see a button, i push it to see what happens). One of the buttons i pushed in XMLTVGUI was the UK_RT_ALT_XMLTV post-processor, and my EPG disappeared. If you've got this checked, try unchecking it, grabbing again, checking Complete EPG reload in GBPVR config, and then Update EPG from the tray icon.

motteroy....thanks so much for your post. It worked...I ended up having to deselect all but one of the post processors to get it to work but now I have found the problem I can work up to selecting more. I think the problem was compounded by bleb going down at the same time as I thought it was GBPVR that was wrong.

I like clicking buttons but it can be a pain sometimes..!!!!

Thanks again.

Sorry for the inconvenience with bleb.org being down. The motherboard's developed a fault and needs replacing. I'm hopeful it should be up again by the middle of next week.

In the meantime, I've put a placeholder page online containing next week's XML data:

http://aflegg.googlepages.com/tv

Apologies again.

Cheers,

Andrew

Thanks for the link to the zipped listings. I have downloaded and unzipped to give dirs named -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Can anyone tell me where I should put these dirs / files because I used the 'remove EPG' option when trying to work out why the bleb update wasn't working, and I therefore have no pointer to where these files would normally live.

Thanks,
Paul

There is no way to use these zipped files he has provided. GB-PVR's bleb EPG reader is designed to fetched the info from the bleb website and on the fly convert it to the GB-PVR format. GB-PVR cant directly work with his text files he has provided in this zip.

That's a shame. Thanks for the prompt reply though.

I do appreciate the offer, but unfortunately my bleb grabber is hardcoded to expect the files at "http://www.bleb.org/tv/data/listings/"
