GBPVR unexpectdly quit when watching live tv

Hello,

I have just installed a Hauppauge PVR 500 on my media center pc, configured it in config, and now, when i watch live tv, the application unexpectdly quits... The channels show up in tv tuning though. Any advice?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

thank you so much for all the help, i'll be glad to donate once all my trouble are over. attached are the logs. forgot to mention sound plays for 3 seconds before program crashes.

I see you're still running an old release. Can you try it with the current v0.96.12 release?

I tried with new release, but still same problem, even though instead of crashing everytime, it now alters crashing and telling me "there is no available tuner". attached are logs.

update: i am now sure this is a problem with GB PVR, as my card works perfectly with beyond tv.

gbpvr now says the target source is actively refusing connection...

The card is probably in use by another program, maybe beyondtv or perhaps you have to stop some services in winmce(if that is what you are using). Just google this site for mce services, I'm sure you'll find it.
