Almost 50% of the time when I click the Record button in the TV Guide, the GBPVR app disappears and the MediaMVP's 'Contacting Servers' message comes up. I have to then walk over to my computer and restart the GBPVR MediaMVP Server. I don't know why this happens and if it has something to do with the firewall on my router, I don't know how to fix it. I have Windows XP SP2 with the Firewall off and a Belkin Network Router (with a firewall).

Reproduce the problem, then email the log files to me at support@devnz.com. Include a description in the email.

I don't know if there would be any log files. Nothing actually goes wrong on the computer end. The GB-PVR MediaMVP Server hums along fine while the MediaMVP spontaneously loses contact with the computer (and thus gives me the message 'Contacting Servers.'Wink Since I can't reproduce this error and give you tangible evidence, I don't think I will be able to resolve this problem. The good news is that this does not happen while I'm watching TV. Thanks for your help and prompt response.

Dont post logs here. As I said, reproduce the problem, then **email** the log files to me at support@devnz.com.
