Channel Lineup/Zap2it problem

I've just updated my DirecTV receiver to one that receives the local channels like 3, 18, 64 on those channels rather than in the 900 range. Realizing I needed to update my TV guide to reflect the new channels, I updated my channel listing on zap2it and initiated a guide update in GBPVR; no dice. I don't receive the new local channels ..and also don't receive a number of other channels that I've checked on zap2it as "include in list" (is that where I should be defining what channels I want to download to GBPVR ?)

I've read some of the other posts regarding guide update problems and tried the various resolutions and still can't get those channels to show up. By now I've removed my recording source and re-created it, compacted the database, verified my zap2it channel list is there, did a full reload of the guide, etc. and I still don't get the channels which I've checked in zap2it to be included.

Any ideas ?

When you log into the http://labs.zap2it.com website and look at you channel line up, do these same channel names (for 3,18,64) show up elsewhere in the line up (e.g. 9xx)? If so, you'll probably need to disable all copies except for the specific one you want.


If thats not the case, email your zap2it username and password to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look.

Yes..they DO show up elsewhere in the list (in the 900s) but I've not checked those to be included.

For example, WBTV shows up as channel 3 with zap2it sort order = 1 and shows up again as channel 925 with sort order of 538. I've not checked the box next to 925 so I'm assuming I shouldn't have a duplication problem.

I think I found out the problem.

I've been logging into http://www.zap2it.com and flagging channels there. The link you sent didn't register at first...once I logged into LABS.zap2it.com I immediately saw the problem.
