Unable to play mp3's

I just started using gbpvr and everything has been fine so far.
The only real problem happened today when I tried playing a mp3 file from the music library. I got a "class not registered" av and changes from the system default in config didnt resolve it.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction on this one :p

It looks like its having problems starting Windows Media Player on your machine. What version have you got installed?

Sub thanks for the fast response.
It was actually all the hint I needed. I had not updated wmp from its original version which in w2k is 6.4. After downloading wmp 9 everyting works.
