Just more of the spam that's been posted lately. Any idea if this is being posted by a bot? Is there a verification step before you are able to post? I forget these things after I complete them.

Yeah, they're pissing me off too. I'm not really sure what I can do about it though. I've been banding the user account and IP address each time, but more keep coming...

Does vBulletin have an auto-moderator kind of mode? I seem to remember a forum somewhere that I used briefly that prevented adding attachments and trimmed out URLs on any posts until the user had 5 or 10 previous posts under their belt.

I have used a board recently that printed the confirmation string as an image and you had to enter the string for verification before you could post. An extra step, but it appeared to be working.
