I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and GB-PVR has for some time been running fine.
I've recently been having some problems with GB-PVR. In trying to resolve them, I uninstalled GB-PVR (via Start | Control Panel | Programs and Features, then clicking on GB-PVR and confirming that I want to uninstall it. I deleted all the recordings from C:\temp. I then deleted C:\Devnz to make sure I'd gotten rid of everything, as I wanted a completely clean installation. Next I rebooted.
Using a fresh download of GBPVR10407.msi, I installed GB-PVR. I downloaded vcredist_x86.zip and from it ran vcredist_x86.exe.
Then I started GBPVRTray. Right-clicking on the GBPRVTray icon in the taskbar, I started PVRX2. Without first running the Config program, I went to Recordings and then moved over to the Pending Recordings. I was surprised to see four pending recordings. They were recordings I'd scheduled prior to the uninstalling of GB-PVR (the recordings didn't record and I couldn't delete the pending recordings). Once again, I couldn't delete the pending recordings.
There are some other oddities, but I thought my problems might be due to somehow having messed up some configuration information. That's why I deleted everything, including config.xml and gbpvr.db3 (I've got enough GB-PVR experience that reconfiguring from scratch isn't a significant problem).
As I immediately see the old pending recording information, I obviously have information stored somewhere other than C:\Devnz\GBPVR. Any suggestions as to where to look?
