When I open up config to change my EPG provider to Zap2It, all seems well. Then if I tab to something else and tab back to Capture Sources, it changes back to XMLTV.

And this occurs with everything -- directory selections, etc. Nothing saves.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple -- but I've installed, uninstalled and installed again (twice) and can't seem to get it running.

System -- Athlon 64 dual-core 4400+, Win XP MCE 2005, ATI Theater Pro 550, Nvidia 7300 graphics, Comcast Cable.

Thanks in advance,

can you try again, then zip and attach your config.exe.log?

Done.

Just noticed -- as soon as I press "OK" on the Capture Sources tab, it reverts back to XML from Zap2It

That log only shows you starting the config app. It does show you pressing OK. Can you post the log again, immediately after you press the OK button to close the config app?

I'm 99% sure I did that last time. I'm 100% sure I did it this time. The logs look identical to me.

Here's the new one, anyway. (Something wrong with my "OK" button? Is that even *possible*?)

Strange, it still doesnt look like you've clicked the OK button. Sorry, I dont know. Maybe try deleting your gbpvr.mdb so it'll start from a clean database.
