when you say its "name" do you mean the volume name, or can you get the dvd title name from the dvd? if so, how?

Hi,
Could it be that the zipped patch is corrupt?
In the zip, I get a 331k file named "gbpvr" with no extention.
Tried 5 times to download it,
really want this patch Smile

maybe you've got 'hide known extensions' enabled in windows? The patch should be gbpvr.exe. You should replace the gbprv.exe in /program files/devnz/gbpvr with the downloaded file (of course this may just be called 'gbpvr' on your system), then everything should be fine.

p.s. if you want to turn off hidden file extensions to check: open a window then tools -> folder options -> view and uncheck 'hide known extensions'

p.p.s. I'd also recommmend backing up the original gbpvr file before you replace it with the new one. Just in case.......

thanks, but this is not the case.
I see other extentions, including the original gbpvr.exe
The file in the zip is half the size of the original file. this is why I think it is corrupt
Can anyone plz download the patch and check if it's a real prob, or just my weird computer?

this is the copy I downloaded (i.e. it should be just the same as the one earlier in the posts). It's been unpacked and then zipped back up again. Maybe worth a try??? Otherwise try unzipping it with another program (e.g winRar) - maybe your winZip has a problem....[ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

this is strange, downloaded again from your post, same file-same problem.
winzip and the win xp built in app, says it's not a valid archive. winrar opens half the file. weird weird.
can u plz tell me what is the size of the file, zipped and extracted?
