As you can see, there is plenty of people who use the pvr 350 tv out, that is the main advantage to owning one, for the on board processing. Could you please explain agian why you are discontinuing support for this? gbpvr seems to be a really good piece of software but if you are not going to support the hardware that we own we will probably use another as opposed to the option that you currently suggest to buy other hardware. The tv out on the 350 is high quality and maybe you should cater to it rather than dump it. Just a thought. EDIT: I did note you said other apps were better for the 350, and i do appreciate the patch that seemed to help people so far. GBpvr is a fine piece of software.

I'm getting really tired of this. I ditched supporting this device along time ago. It is never going to be a mainstream part of GB-PVR again. Move on.

No, there is very few people here using this device. Maybe two or three dozen tops. There was 30000 downloads of the last release of GB-PVR. People using the PVR350 tv out are a tiny fraction of that.

The main reason I ditched support for it was because the drivers for the tv out portion of this device have some serious issues, with more than half the users experiencing blue screens or their computer locking hard several times a day. After more than a year trying to find work arounds, I decided I was wasting my time and the issues were just never going to be resolved.

Other reasons include the device being very limited with no prospects for visualisations or DVD playback. It was also not a great way to spend my already stretched thin development time given the small percentage of users.

You're welcome to. All I can do is be open about what hardware I can support. If GB-PVR isnt going to meet someone's needs, then I've got no problem with them trying to find better alternatives.

This worked for me.

Thank you very much for taking the time to fix this for those still in love with their PVR-350!
