Error on closing GBPVR.exe (possibly ADO.NET SQLite?)

Hi,

when using sqlite as gbpvr database, I get an error message saying "GBPVR.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." when closing GBPVR directly after it has just been opened.

I think that it has something to do with the sqlite database provider, because when attaching to the gbpvr-process in visual studio, an unhandled exception is raised when closing gbpvr. The exception is:

The GBPVR.exe.log doesn't contain anything suspicious, the last entry is "NetRadio buffer size is: 96000".

This problem is reproducible here:
- Start GBPVR
- Close GBPVR immediately

Any ideas? Or could anyone confirm this so that the problem has nothing to do with my setup? Thanks in advance.

I have this problem as well. It is not a big issue as it all works fine up until exit. And no problems occur when using the MVP.

Certainly looks like a SQLite error, but I cant think what. I've not seen anything like this myself, or other reports of it. Can you zip and attach your logs so I can see if there is anything odd happening?

I'll post the logs tomorrow (or this evening in Nez Zealand time).

I *think* that it happens when the background thread which loads the listings at gbpvr-startup is accessing the database after the application was closed. I've also read somewhere that sqlite requires a new dbConnection per thread, but I don't know if it is the case with the listings loader.

Hi,

here are the logs - I've also attached a log with plugins disabled.
There's also an updated sqlite.net dll available from may 16 at sourceforge, but it didn't work with gbpvr because of a versioning conflict. But I also don't know if the problem would be fixed with the new library?

What is the intended significance of the plugins enabled/disabled in the logs? I just want to make sure I'm not missing the point.
