1 Second delay

how do you remove the delay and get live tv. I have the huappauge 150 and i rememebr you change something in a ini file, but i cant remember

If you set the deinterlacing to 'none', it'll get rid off the half second or so delay introduced in live preview mode, but the resulting picture will be interlaced, and the audio may also go out of sync over time (you'd need to talk to Hauppauge for a fix to this one).

Yeah, its little difficult to tell exactly what he's asking. Assuming he's looking for the least delay possible, this would be live preview mode with deinterlacing set to 'None'. Personally I wouldnt recommend it though. I'd go with live preview mode + deinterlacing set to 'encoder pass through', which performs much better in my experience.

Didn't work for me, I want to have no delay when i'm watching sports but turning off live preview doesn't help.

Who said to turn off live preview? Using live preview gives you the least delay (about 0.5 second). Turning off live preview will add several seconds delay, since everything will need to be buffered to disc.

I too would love to use live tv with interlacing set to none, but I experience the sync issues you describe..

I havnt really got much I can add. This is a known problem with the Hauppauge devices. If you use the live preview outputs, not the encoder, then the audio video eventually goes out of sync. There isnt really anything GB-PVR can do about this. Because of this problem I've never spent much time using this option myself.
