Hi

I've been noticing that my CPU is running at 100& when I'm recording, comskip is running parrellel (set in config - no paralelleprocessing.bat)

Task manager is showing comskip is at 100%

From a different thread...

reboot Wrote:Comskip will run, using what it needs for CPU. If other processes need CPU cycles, comskip will automatically throttle back.
If you run comskip in parallel, then it uses almost no cpu at all, thus you won't need the "start /low /min".

What are your thoughts?

I also have a different issue, though it might be related...

GBPVR shows me this image just at the start of my program... (This screen is the one just prior to the shows first scene) The warning is in wide screen and Family Guy is in 4x3 (don't know if that means anything

It's like it skipped the whole show. In fact what is shown is that start of the very next program (the Wrong Coast)

FILE PROCESSING COMPLETE 58703 FRAMES AT 2997
-------------------
30 3327
16895 20760
35204 38649
51178 54007
58702 58703

The txt file shows there were commmericals... Also the running time for the recorded video is all wrong. I have gb-pvr record two minutes and two minutes after this 30 minute show.

I can rewind to the beginning, and yes there is 34 minutes , but gb-pvr never shows that, only 00.01.58

Maybe my time stamps are out. I'm using PVR150 drivers: 2.0.43.24108 with the timestamp reg file merged...

Also, other shows from the same network are fine. It seems that family guy is the worst for this...

Is that a very old version of comskip or am I mixing things up?

Hah. That's something that's gonna haunt me. Yeah thet last one on the wiki is 79.30 because I put it there, (:o and I haven't been keeping it up)

Anyway, what I meant was I'm using the very latest: 79.44 which is found at: http://mk.kaashoek.com/ComSkip/files/

Anyway, I'm not sure if I'll be putting it up anymore, (I might even take the local link off. This was done a while ago, when the wiki was slow, and erik's site was sleeping a lot...

I think the running time could be ok:
58703 frames is: 58703\(29.97x60) = ~32-33 mins
AMD Athlon 64 3000, HDD: 80, 120, 200 GB, Hauppauge 350 + 150, MVP, Asus 6000L Laptop client, Asus X50sl client,
Fritz!box 7140 modem/router, GBPVR 1.3.7.
