Hello,
I have a question about MPEG-2 records using GBPVR and hope anyone can help.It is about compression of MPEG-2 files to AVI using VirtualDub, Gordian Knot and Xvid as encoder. The problem is that bitrate what I expect never match after compression finish. For example : I give a 1400 as a bitrate in Xvid but the result is 600 or much lower than I expect I saw a difference between *.mpg made by GBPVR and Power Cinema (I had no chance to buy ATI (Sapphire) Theatrix 550 PRO PCI TV Tuner with lame software included) Gspot gave me the following information:
1. Recorded with GBPVR: [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]
2. Recorded with PC : [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]
In container window I can see that sys stream is 50885 kb/s vbr ... is this the problem when i want to edit and compress the file. I made many AVI encodings but this is my first problem with the final product size and unexpected low bitrate. Someone can help about that ?
