gbpvr.mdb convert to SQLite

I've just recently noticed that GB-PVR is using an Access database. I have no beef with Access, but from past experience it's probably a good idea to use something else.

Which brings me to my question. I've seen talk about converting over to SQLite on the forum. Is this possible? How do I do it?
