Split-second unstable video when changing signal

Hi,

I have the PVR-500.
When I change channel, there is an instant where the video is unstable.
But, it is ok after about 1-2 seconds.

It might be a small problem, but it's annoying for me.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

By the way, for MPEG-2 decoder, which is the best decoder for GBPVR?

This does not only happen with the PVR500 but with practically all TV cards (not only Hauppauge). I am affraid this has nothing to do with GBPVR but with the drivers/hardware of the PVR card itself.
