Does the network provider connect to either of the filters, by themselves?

Yes!

I just inserted the 'MS DVBT Network provider', 'DTV-DVB USB Hybrid Digital' and 'DTV-DVB M9207 Digital Capture' . I connected the output from the network provider into the hybrid digital and it snapped the mpeg2 transport from the hybrid digital to the m9027 digital capture. I then inserted the mpeg2 demultiplexer and I was able to connect the m9027 digital capture to that to make up the following graph:

It's still not finding channels. Is this because I've got mediaportal installed? I've read about problems with a mediaportal filter but has this been sorted now?

Possibly. Post your logs and we'll take a look.

Excuse my ignorance but which logs would you like? I can find 7 different ones in the gbpvr folder. Are there any mediaportal ones that could also be useful?

For scanning, the most relevent ones are config.exe.log and config.exe-native.logs.

In this case it wasnt the Media Portal Stream Analyzer filter getting in the way. In the logs it just looks like it never manages to lock onto a signal.

Did it locate any signal when you tried Chris Day's scanning utility?

Shame.

It works fine with the twinhan software, but it's so featureless. GBPVR has so many benefits.

EDIT: Is there anything else we can try, or is that the end of the road for me and GBPVR??

Just want to confirm that the settings for pinnacle 300i mentioned earlier in this thread works fine for me and has done so for a couple of months now. I can't remember I did anything but adding this to bda.ini.
