Any prgress on skinning the MySeries and (hint!, hint!) XRecord, XGuide and VideoArchive? I tremble in anticipation of a fully useable Sassari...

i am currently working on skinning the myseries (see attached image). i don't think, i will make a x-series-skin. i can try, but i doubt, it will work.

concerning video archive: good idea, it's on my list (as the new search plugin, weather......)

one request, can you make the my series actually widescreen? ie add an extra column to the list. the more albums/vids etc you can fit on the screen the better.

a fifth column? ok, i'll try this. i will make it optional, like the glossy/flat - selection so the user can choose.

im using 4x2 for big icons
and 5x3 for icons
in the WS pm3 skin.

Will this skin work through TV-out to a ws TV? I had heard that TV-Out defaults to a lower resolution (though have been unable to determine this one way or another)

try it, it should work. it depends on the resolution you have set you tv-out to.

Could i use the same OSD with another skin?

by copiing the osd-folder to that other skin. should work, except the buttons, they come from baseskin.xml.
