Quote:I had problems with the instruction above originally because all this stuff was in C:\Program Files\.... and the command line can't cope with file names with spaces?!It would have been fine if you'd put quotes around any paths containing spaces.
Quote:However when I run the BDA mux checker it still can't find it.As I said above, I've never heard of the Cyberlink mux being called PCMRMpgMux.ax, so it may be something else.
Anything else I'm doing wrong? I'm only guessing that PCMRMpgMux.ax
is a BDA mux?
I've never downloaded it myself so I cant tell you where to get it. If you use the forum search feature, I'm sure you'll find plenty of pointers for where to get it. Everyone else seems to be finding it ok.
Quote:Another thought:- the WinTV software that came with the HVR-1300 produces perfect mpg recordings - does this mean that it is using another mux that GBPVR can't find??The Hauppauge Mux filter is hardcoded to only work with their application, so is not usable by GB-PVR.
